[Bug] After configuring the upstream, the application route--the total number of resources is 0, and the test access cannot be used

What happened?

以前一直用此WAF来防护用友NC6.5财务软件，也是虚拟机和WEB服务端在同一台服务器上，运行和使用正常。

最近使用rockylinux9新部署了一套雷池WAF，给另外一套用友NC6.5财务软件做防护，上游服务器健康检测都正常。
但是查看应用路由--资源总数里面没有任何文件，显示为0。
现在客户端测试连接，提示异常。

重装了系统rockylinux8，上游服务器健康检测都正常，本地浏览器访问上游页面都是正常，但是还是没有任何资源。
请问如何解决，大概是哪里的问题呢？ 在线等

How we reproduce?

1. 重装安装了系统
2. WAF版本为7.6.3
3. tcping网络连通性正常

开启访问日志和错误日志，里面没有任何显示
