Add Yandex

May I propose to add Yandex search bot IP's to the built-in Search Engine Spider?

We also haven’t added built-in Googlebot IP, because the maintenance cost and complexity are both quite high. So for now, we don’t have plans to add this.

But thank you for the feedback nonetheless. You can set up custom rules by yourself.
