Challenge URL not available

Hello,
When I activated challenge, clients stuck (infinite) in challenge page without preloader. I tried to open challenge URL (https://waf.chaitin.com/challenge/v2/challenge.js), but it does not work.

I am using now free license. This option is not available for me. I have tried also open docs.waf.chaitin.com. it doesn't work also

I also can't open documentation. For example
https://docs.waf.chaitin.com/en/GetStarted/Deploy shows white page. Is it ok?

https://docs.waf.chaitin.com/ (any pages) opens very very slow and at the end, a white page opens.

Our engineers said the documentation service itself is working normally. DNS resolution is routed based on geographic regions, and the DNS resolution also appears to be fine from our side.

Could you try accessing it again today and see whether it can be opened?
