It's working fine so far, but... I found a user which is bein blocked. I would like to see why he was blocked, for what reason, but there are literally no details about that. His IP seems to be clean according to your database.

So, any way to see details?!

If an IP fails the challenge (verified 0 times), it indicates that the request is not from a human user. It could be a bot or a request initiated via a command/script.

A “normal” user might also fail the Anti-Bot Challenge for various reasons, such as:

  • Browser developer tools (F12) or debugging is open
  • Browser extensions are blocking JavaScript or cookies
  • JavaScript or cookies are disabled in browser settings
  • Using a proxy, VPN, or data center IP that is flagged as suspicious
  • Network requests are sent from scripts or automation tools
  • Too many requests from the same IP in a short time
  • The browser environment appears incomplete or abnormal (e.g., headless mode)

If all possible causes have been ruled out but he still cannot pass the challenge, please kindly provide a screenshot or video.

But it is possible to see which of all checks has failed?

One of the reasons is security considerations.
SafeLine is a security product available to everyone.
Revealing detailed reasons for failing the Anti-Bot Challenge could allow attackers to bypass protections and expose internal system logic, which would reduce SafeLine’s overall effectiveness.
