Unfortunately, due to sanctions, the Visa and Mastercard payment systems, as well as PayPal, do not work in Russia. Due to sanctions, Russia has been disconnected from SWIFT for almost 4 years. The national payment system MIR works in Russia, as well as the Fast Payment System, which was developed by the Central Bank of Russia. These two payment methods are used, for example, by AliExpress. I am sure that your product is used by quite a lot of Russians and they, like me, want to be able to pay for subscriptions in a way that is convenient for them. Also, some banks issue UnionPay cards.

As far as I know, UnionPay cards issued by Russian banks do not work only in the EU countries and the USA.

I see in my personal account that payment via UnionPay payment system is available. Do you accept UnionPay cards from Russian banks?ъ

UnionPay is not supported. There is an issue with the icons on the payment interface. Our engineers are fixing it.
Regarding the payment issues in Russia, we will continue to look for solutions.

Alternatively, you could use YooKassa, a Russian payment service. I know that the international language exchange app HelloTalk has started using it to enable Russians to make payments. Will you be able to add that?
