Load balancing with multi-node mode

I would like to see what options there are for configuring load balancing features between multiple nodes when I set up the multi-node, only the Safeline internal database, sites and certificates are synchronised, but all requests go to the node whose public IP has redirected the DNS of the website.

I need to design an infrastructure that can support tens of thousands of sites and load balancing functionality is needed.

Is there any provision in the roadmap to create load balancing functionality?

Is there an option to enable load balancing with the current version through some add-on such as using a virtual IP and keepalive between nodes?

That kind of load balancing would propabaly have to be handeld by the dns side of things by using solutions like geo dns, or bgp anycast or anything else
