Waiting Room Feature

Hi, i was wondering if safeline has feature like waiting room on cloudflare. We can limit connection to spesific domain and if the accumulation of the connection has reached, we can redirect the domains to somepage with information that the visitor must wait for some determined time.. I think it will be great.
